About the HOPI family
ホピ族 −HOPI−(平和な人々）

移動型農耕民族で、グランドキャニオンの近くに保留地をもつホピ族は偶像崇拝の宗教的背景を持ち、作る作品も天候や動植物をモチーフにしています。私達の時軸は一般に過去・現在・未来という形で進行しますがホピ族の考え方は「開示されたもの」「開示するもの」の２時軸で考えられます。たとえば一冊の本をめくる時、次のページを未来、読み終わったページを過去と考えるのが私達の常識であるならばホピ族の考え方はすでに書かれた本を「開示するもの」読み出した本は「開示されたもの」です。ホピ族にとって世界とは時間を超越してすでに存るものなのです。死者は過去の人とされず、現世に戻り人間の役に立つ物になって降りてくると考えられています。彼らの細工は一枚の銀版にメッセージを切り抜き、もう一枚の銀版を張合せ切り抜かれた部分を黒く酸化させて仕上げられ基本的に石はほとんど使用せず素朴な味わいを出しています。（英文自信ありません…内容が難しい） As for the hopi who with the reserve in the movement type farming race near Grand Canyon, it has a religious background of idolatry, and the made work also makes the weather and flora and fauna a motif. ベア（熊）

ホピ族の内部にはいくつかのクラン（族）があるが（＊宝塚の月組みの様なもの）その中でも最初のクランが熊族（ベアクラン）で『強さ　力　権力』の象徴「ベアパウ」熊の手　力の象徴の一つで、これを並べる事でホピ族が歩いてきた軌跡を表わしている。 The first Klan especially ..that.. though there are some Klan (family)(one by the moon united of * Takarazuka) shows tracks where the hopi has walked by arranging this in one of the symbols of Cmazoc (baring Klan) and symbol "Beapau" of 'Strength power power' it of bear's Teticara in the hopi.

スパイダー（蜘蛛）

蜘蛛が巣を作り上げていく姿から地道に努力を続け事を成すなどの意味があり、ベアパウと並べて使う事で現在のホピ族の成功を意味する。 It keeps making an effort from the appearance that the spider makes up the nest honestly, there is a meaning such as doing the thing, and the success of the present hopi is meant by Beapau and the thing that is arranged and used.

オーバーレイ

ホピ族独特の製法で銀版を糸のこで図案通りにカットし もう一枚の銀版と張り合わせて立体的な作品に仕上げる方法。ｺｺﾍﾟﾘ 柄を切り抜き裏の黒い部分（もう一枚の銀版）と張り合わせてあります。裏の黒い銀部は細かくカットを入れ酸化させているからです。 Ginhan is cut with the jigsaw in a peculiar manufacturing method to the hopi according to the design, and it is another Ginhan and a method of sticking together and finish in a three-dimensional work. モチーフの説明　　【カチナカ（尊ぶ）】　【チナ（霊）】
